We pack files directly from shelves into specialist security crates, maintaining their original sequence. Using our one metre shelf length crates, we can pack on a shelf to shelf or like for like basis, clearly labelling each crate to ensure files are reinstated in the correct order at the new location.

Supporting Preparation and Waste Reduction
Where possible, we recommend reviewing files in advance of the move, securely shredding anything no longer required. This helps reduce volume, speed up packing and lower overall costs.

Labelling, Floor Plans and Desk Allocation
A clear floor plan is essential to an efficient move. We work with you to ensure departments, desk locations and occupants are clearly identified.
Each member of staff’s crates are labelled to correspond with the floor plan, allowing belongings to be placed directly at their new workstation. This enables faster settling in and reduces post move disruption.
